Your head hits the pillow and you are TIRED yet WIRED. You have racing thoughts and mind chatter you just can’t stop and can’t fall asleep.
Or, you fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow, yet get disrupted sleep because you are waking up frequently. Most of the times you can’t fall back to sleep and when you finally do, the dreaded alarm goes off.
You are depending on caffeine and sugary snacks to get you through the day. You convince yourself because the sweet treats are organic, they don’t count!
You don’t feel like yourself. Your mood is flat and you have zero energy to socialize.
You look in the mirror each morning and either suddenly or gradually notice a reduction in the firmness of your skin, dark circles, pale skin, wrinkles and life-less eyes.
You are well aware of how getting quality sleep is one of the answers to you looking and feeling your best, but you just can’t get your routine nailed down. Most of my new patients share that they already know what to do, but they just aren’t doing it.
This is where I come in to be able to make sustainable changes to jump start your sleep routine.
This 21 day program will be LIVE where I will be available for 1 hour a week to do some coaching over Zoom and a few times during the week for Q&A. You will have a Facebook community of like-minded other people going through the same as you. The point is for you to make friends, connect, and keep each other accountable through this facebook group.
We will coach on proper eating schedules before bed, wind down routine, ways to reduce EMF (electromagnetic frequency) exposure during sleep, ideal temperature, bedding, blocking blue light, some beauty hacks before bed, and more!

Women's Hormones and Sound Bowl Healing
Experts: Dr. Susan Cucchiara and Thais Tiosi
Through working one on one with patients/clients for the past several years, Dr. Sue and Thais have seen women unnecessarily suffering from imbalances in their hormones. Women have reported volatile moods, anxiety, low energy, bloating, painful/irregular/heavy periods, low libido, acne, hair loss, hirsutism, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness and more! Dr. Sue sees improvements in these symptoms doing proper hormonal testing, lifestyle and food modifications, herbs/supplements and more.
Thais sees women for energy therapies such as reiki, sound healing using tuning forks, crystal singing bowls and notices that many of the hormonal imbalances were improved after energetic and mental blockages were also cleared.
Many of her clients had decreased PMS symptoms, mood swings and reported more regular cycles.

Emotions are often neglected when searching for causes of our physical symptoms. We will talk about some of the stressors, low vibration emotions and traumas that can cause hormonal imbalances.

Sound Bowl Healing
We will close out the workshop with a 30 minute Sound bowl for complete relaxation.

Q & A
Participants can submit their questions prior to the group program so the teachers can address them during the program. We will also open the floor to 15 minutes of questions and get through as many as we possibly can! Depending on how much buzz and questions there are on a topic, we can then create a part 2 or series on that same topic.
