Hair Loss Series Part 1 of 3: Hair loss and your Emotions
The effects of hair loss are more than just physical. We hear our patients express that losing their hair feels like they are losing a part of themselves and poses a serious emotional challenge. What makes this a vicious cycle is that one of the root causes of hair loss can be underlying emotions and distress.
In this workshop we are going to explore emotional causes that can have physiological effects on your hair and some actionable steps you can make to support the root cause of your hair concerns. We have invited Thais Tiosi, a sound bowl healer, to close out our workshop to support you emotionally with healing frequencies which will help calm, restore and rejuvenate you from the inside out.
This is part 1 of our series on the topic of hair loss and if you want a comprehensive understanding of your hair loss, we recommend you join us for all 3!

Hair Loss Series Part 2 of 3: Hair loss and your Hormones
In this workshop we will be addressing hormonal imbalances that can be contributing to your hair loss. We often hear our patients visit their doctor only to be told that there is no need to check their hormones, or they test the bare minimum. Knowing how high or low your estrogen, progesterone, androgensstress hormones are can help significantly when trying to heal the root cause of your hair loss. We will discuss the best testing for hormones, common hormonal imbalance patterns that can lead to hair loss, and even what chronic infections can impact hormones. You will receive actionable steps to be able to support your hormones as well as your adrenal glands. Your adrenal glands are an often forgotten key player in your hair loss and we will tie in all factors to support your endocrine system.

Hair Loss Series Part 3 of 3: Hair loss and your Nutrition
You often hear Naturopathic doctors say “you are what you eat” and it is true. When we provide our body with nutrient dense food, we support all of our organ systems that impact hair growth. While Biotin can be helpful, there are SO many more vitamins and minerals involved in hair health! We will discuss all of the most important nutrients that you really want to get into your diet and also high quality supplementation to assist in giving your body what it needs. We also will be touching on common medications that can deplete your nutrients, as well as why some of us may not be quite absorbing everything we need from our food and supplements (and what to do about it). You will leave this knowing which foods and supplements you should be adding to your daily regime.

Women's Hormones and Sound Bowl Healing
Experts: Dr. Susan Cucchiara and Thais Tiosi
Through working one on one with patients/clients for the past several years, Dr. Sue and Thais have seen women unnecessarily suffering from imbalances in their hormones. Women have reported volatile moods, anxiety, low energy, bloating, painful/irregular/heavy periods, low libido, acne, hair loss, hirsutism, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness and more! Dr. Sue sees improvements in these symptoms doing proper hormonal testing, lifestyle and food modifications, herbs/supplements and more.
Thais sees women for energy therapies such as reiki, sound healing using tuning forks, crystal singing bowls and notices that many of the hormonal imbalances were improved after energetic and mental blockages were also cleared.
Many of her clients had decreased PMS symptoms, mood swings and reported more regular cycles.
